About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing Admin/Sales Division. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Admin/Sales team, handling a variety of tasks including:
- Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Managing courier deliveries, postage, and stationery supplies.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, including visa applications and air ticket bookings.
- Keeping databases up-to-date and accurate.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs within the department.
Requirements
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- A self-motivated and independent work style, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
