Job Description
- Full spectrum of admin functions
- Handle full set of accounts
- Quarterly GST submission
- Prepare and submit bank reconciliation statement
- Liaise and coordinate with auditors
- Assist in cashflow planning
- Process company payroll
- Handle employee expenses claims
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Issuance of invoice and collection of payment
- Other accounts related admin work
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
