Admin Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Full spectrum of admin functions
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Quarterly GST submission
  • Prepare and submit bank reconciliation statement
  • Liaise and coordinate with auditors
  • Assist in cashflow planning
  • Process company payroll
  • Handle employee expenses claims
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Issuance of invoice and collection of payment
  • Other accounts related admin work

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
