Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site.
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
- Carry out the project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied
- Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
Requirement:-
- Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 5 – 8 years’ of coordination experience in main-con companies, preferably in large projects
