Job Summary:-
- Position: Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable)
- Salary: $ 2,000 - $ 2,600
- Working Day: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Working Location: Tuas (Company bus provided)
Job Responsibilities:
- Match 3-way GRN invoices and enter invoices via supplier portal into ERP.
- Process payments by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Handle staff claims through the eclaim portal.
- Identify and address any irregularities found during invoice processing.
- Allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
- Conduct bi-monthly and weekly payment runs for suppliers and employees.
- Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintain filing of documents.
- Reconcile bank statements for payments.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Address inquiries from suppliers.
- Perform monthly AP closing procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP systems, including AX Dynamics, and MS Office.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
