Location: Near Commonwealth MRT
Working hours: 8.30AM to 5.45PM (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,300
Responsibilities:
- Acquire product knowledge through training.
- Assist Purchasing Manager with daily procurement tasks (accuracy & efficiency).
- Issue Purchase Orders, manage L/Cs & import documents.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers & warehouses.
- Process Goods Receipts & manage certificate updates.
- Assist in local product sourcing, claims handling, and information upkeep.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
