Responsibilities:

- Drive product development initiatives, working closely with R&D and marketing teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Create and execute product launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Manage product inventory and distribution in the assigned region.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports to management on product performance and market insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in product management, preferably from the office appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
