This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Marketing and Communications activities for Creative Eateries’ restaurant brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing for Creative Eateries’ brands
· Support marketing team the implementation of marketing strategies and programs across various channels, i.e. sponsorships, new location openings, internal awards and town hall etc.
· Liaise with external partnerships to execute promotions or campaigns
· Assist in Media and PR activations (Food Tasting)
· Craft content for social media pages
· Execute engagement campaigns and promotions for Creative Eateries members
· Plan and coordinate events both revenue driven and/or marketing driven
· Assist in conceptualising menus changes and POSM
· Assist in BTL activation – flyering, in-mall ad Spaces etc
· Contribute to discussion of dining concepts with marketing team and management
· Participate and provide inputs during internal food tastings
· Manage service recovery for restaurant and catering across various channels
· Plan and execute SEO, SEM strategies with strong focus on content creation
· Other duties as may be assigned along with the progress of the company
REQUIREMENTS
· Min Diploma in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts
· Preferably 1 year of experience in related field
· Strong interest in F&B Industry (Restaurant & Catering)
· Positive working attitude, self-driven and proactive
· Keen eye for graphic visuals (POSM and Menu) and Copywriting skills
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
· Creative thinker and strong ability to conceptualise designs and customer experience
· Working after hours and weekends may be required for events
· Creative, motivated, focused, flexible, team-oriented, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and communicate ideas effectively
· Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office
