• Processing purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including vendor information, pricing, and order history
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues
• Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms
• Assisting in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
• Providing administrative support to the purchasing manager and other team members as needed
