WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Description & Requirements:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Executive who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient packing of our products to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Packing Fresh Produce:Efficiently pack fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables, according to specific requirements to maintain product quality.
   
2. Flexibility: Willingness to work during weekends, public holidays, and night shifts to meet operational requirements.
   
3. Customer Engagement:Listen to customer needs and assist them in finding the perfect products.
   Build and constantly enhance product knowledge, delivering information in engaging ways to enhance the customer experience.
   
4. Visual Merchandising:Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths to attract customer attention and drive sales.
   
5. Presentations and Demonstrations:Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders, showcasing the quality and benefits of our products.
   
6. Relationship Building:Engage in meaningful interactions, fostering good relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
   
7. Sampling and Feedback:Distribute product samples and gather valuable feedback from customers for continuous improvement of our offerings.
   
8. Customer Follow-up:Follow up with customers, offering guidance on product selection and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases.
   
9. Sales Targets:Meet daily sales targets and submit comprehensive sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
   
10. Networking and Business Development:Network with relevant stakeholders and actively search for new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
    

Requirements:

• Night Shift Commitment: Must be available to work during the night shift.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
