Paralegal (1-year Contract) in Metropolis
We are hiring a Paralegal for a 1-year contract position in Metropolis.
Job Details:
- Location: Metropolis
- Salary: S$6,000 - S$7,000 (depending on experience)
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) preferred
Strong background in contract reviewing
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Secretarial:Prepare board and shareholder resolutions
Manage online filings and liaison with relevant departments and authorities
Maintain corporate register database
- Contracting:Assist in preparing and negotiating commercial agreements
Draft contract language and update legal templates
- Intellectual Property:Coordinate IP licensing agreements
Manage company IP protection efforts and IP infringements
- General Paralegal Tasks:Prepare periodic reports for senior management
Assist in legal training and development programs
Support critical projects within the region
Coordinate with Compliance Program on legal requirements
