Job Description:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maximize efficiencies and improve capabilities.
- Identify and procure new manufacturing equipment, optimizing its use.
- Lead projects focused on enhancing manufacturing capabilities, using risk assessment tools.
- Establish monitoring plans to maintain consistent process performance.
- Provide support to teams, including training and troubleshooting.
- Supervise production engineers and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Make informed decisions and manage risks associated with non-standard RFQs.
- Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to align expectations and find solutions.
- Coordinate with Operational Excellence programs to drive ongoing improvements.
- Offer guidance on manufacturing challenges and facilitate quality enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions, lectures, and contribute articles.
- Work with external partners to enhance organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in fabrication and process engineering.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and setups.
- Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Experience in DOE and leading continuous improvement projects
