Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to create brand awareness about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Lead a team to deploy successful traditional and digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to promote our platform and acquire users.
- Manage content calendar across all marketing and comms channels including content development and updates on web and app.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, keeping in line with the target KPIs and strategies.
- Set up and monitor performance of digital and traditional campaigns across various platforms, in line with the campaign goals and objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives for each campaign.
- Report weekly on the campaign results against KPIs, deduce conclusion from data analysis and recommend next course of action.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: SEM, GDN, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.
- Lead market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor ventures.
- Provide actionable insights based on data, best practices and industry trends.
- Support the Commercial Team with ad-hoc/special projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of marketing or relevant roles.
- Experience in healthcare-related fields is welcome.
- Previous experience at a tech startup is highly valued.
- Experience and strong knowledge in Google ads and social media advertising with knowledge in Bidding Management and Google Analytics.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy.
- High adaptability, strong problem-solving skills.
- Desire to be part of digital transformation in healthcare.
- Had experience managing a team, able to work independently
