Job Description:
- Understand and conceptualise customer’s artwork and design requirements
- Coordination with Customers on their requirements
- Check preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections
- Plans creative concept by gathering information and materials
- Design, layout, and produce artwork file ready for production
- Ensure artwork is ready for production
- Ensure timely delivery of design & artwork and strict adherence to work schedules
- Manage artworks utilising various tools including Adobe InDesign, Pitstop, Prinect system
- Produce printed materials according to job request including equipment setup and maintaining the equipment to ensure functionality throughout the duration of the printing process
- Responsible for the entire print phase, producing the highest quality near-photographic prints to meet the customers’ requirement
- Provide support and coordinate with the production department and other colleagues to ensure all projects are delivered accurately, on time and are consistent with work order specifications
- Perform quality control checks and proofing of each job
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties required by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
- Dip in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Good time management and good organization skill
- Creative, Color sensitive
