PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
A well-established property company is seeking 2 highly motivated Property Management Executives to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's expansion, overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of our growing portfolio of properties.
About the Property Management Executive Role:
Reporting to the Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, working closely with vendors and tenants.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team Technicians and Term Contractors to run the day-to-day operations at the logistics building including taking over of completed premises from the main contractor and handing over to the incoming tenant(s)
- Responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of soft and hard services at the logistics building(s). This will include the management of term and specialist contractors to ensure smooth operations of the logistics building(s)
- Manage relations with tenants/authorities; including fitout works with reference to the tenants’ guide
- Attend to all matters promptly including tenant feedback and emergencies on site, and take remedial actions with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants’ operations
- Regularly review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all compliance is met
- Implement green and sustainability initiatives and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity, and savings
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of facilities management.
Key requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Building Services / Real Estate Management / Facilities Management related
- Minimum 3 – 5 years working in the property / facilities environment
- Experience in managing industrial / logistics properties
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English is essential
