- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 3 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
- Able to liaise with site personnel, to source and compile quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers on materials and services required.
- To source and compile quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers for materials and services required.
- To evaluate quotations received and prepare recommendation reports.
- To prepare sub-contract documents.
- To prepare Purchase orders for ordering of materials and services.
- To carry out pre-qualification survey for new vendors.
- To prepare and maintain the approved vendor list.
- To certify invoices.
- To compile vendor performance report for completed projects.
