- Journal entry for prepayment & accruals
- Check staff reimbursement
- GST submission & Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Audit schedule, year-end adjustment for audit purposes
- Fixed Assets Listing
- Filling documentation
Office Admin
- Administrative assistance for events roles:
- Managing events inventories, stock taking and packing/unpacking of events materials
- Provide general event administrative support – gifts packing, collation
- Onsite secretariat management for Singapore-based events, where necessary
- Administrative assistance for office roles:
- Managing office and pantry inventories
- Procuring of office materials and coordinate any office and admin related procurement and services with vendors
- Possibility of running errands and other ad hoc duties assigned
