About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Business Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, cost savings, and innovation within our procurement function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to enhance our overall procurement performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current procurement processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline procurement processes, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Conduct data analysis to assess procurement performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, including designing new workflows, documenting procedures, and providing training to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement process improvement to recommend innovative solutions and tools.
  • Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.
  • Integrate into procurement sourcing events on a project basis on a adhoc basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or process improvement roles. Ideally has exposure to multiple roles within procurement function.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives, preferably within a procurement function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Experience with ADKAR or Agile methodology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.
