- Plan, implement and monitor work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes.
- Accountable for completion of project within specific time and meeting clients, quality and WSHA requirements.
- Prepare monthly progress report, construction method statements and technical proposal.
- Resolve project dispute or clarification during execution of project.
- Ensure that inspection and checking on-site works have been conducted.
- Plan and sequence the construction operations according to Project Management Plan.
- Support Quantity Surveyor (Project) in verifying progress payment and claim.
- Assist in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material.
- Liaise with client, consultant, subcontractor, supplier and government authorities on project-related issues.
- Review project teamwork performance.
- Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your care.
- Responsible for HR and Admin matters at project worksite.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Meticulous and highly detail-orientated.
- Analytical, has excellent problem-solving skills, and possess strong interpersonal skills essential for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent in AutoCAD and MS Office.
