We are looking for a dedicated and committed Human Resources Assistant for our team in Recruitment.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks and background screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to attract top talent.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
