Operation Admin Assistant
Location: Outram park
Salary: Up to $3000/month
6 months contract to perm
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the trade capture system - to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
- Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
- Review and process both payable and recoverable invoices
- Management of physical cargo documentations which involves tracking, reviewing clauses and endorsements/archiving
- Prepare and issue customs related documents
- Support adhoc Treasury / Credit / Accounts / Operational matters
- Provide coverage within Ops Admin Team when required
Requirements:
- PC literate
- Detail orientated and meticulous
