2. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of various construction plans, progress plans, monthly and weekly work arrangements for the entire project.
4. Reasonably organize and schedule production factors, implement the responsibilities of organization, planning, command, coordination, control, and encouragement in daily work, and ensure that the goals of project quality, safety, courtesy, construction period, and efficiency are achieved.
5. Request project progress payment from the construction unit in a timely manner, speed up capital turnover, do a good job in project cost accounting, inventory the use of funds, and review various expenses.

8. According to the urgency, slowness, first and last of the project progress, the material declaration form, finished product and semi-finished product plans should be planned and ordered in advance, so as not to affect the continuity of the construction.
9. Organize the completion acceptance and settlement work of each stage of the project;
10. Carefully review the drawings and method statement , participate in drawing review, design presentation, etc, and provide review opinions on the drawings. Solve various technical problems arising during construction, coordinate and resolve technical differences;
11. Organize construction in accordance with drawings and contract requirements, ensure on-time delivery and completion, and win the satisfaction of the owner;
12. Good at Chinese and English,experience in high-rise building management and MEP professional knowledge.
