Customer Service Officer

Our client, a leading and established Japanese company in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as a:

Customer Service Officer


Responsibilities:

-Handling day to day customer service operations to support customer requirements.

-Handling customer requests and complaints. Provide solutions to customer.

-Communicate with internal section to fulfill customer requirements and complaints.

-Daily and weekly Rescheduling report in Excel format and in customer portal or Website.

-Plan ahead before public / factory holiday to fulfill customer requirements.

-Operations process improvement to minimize manual task handling.

-Prepare report requested by management as well as customer.


Requirements

-Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics

-Min 3 Years Working experience in sales related or manufacturing sector.

-Preferably in Electronics sector or industry

-Related Customer Service position in order management fulfillment / Production Planning

-Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel) / SAP system / other order management system.

-Basic Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.

-Japanese speaking/ writing would be an advantage.

-Communication and negotiations skills.

-Manage collaborations with different level of subordinates to achieve the required outcomes.

-Long terms vision and advance planning skills.

Work Arrangements:

-Work Location: In person

-Schedule: Monday to FridayWorking Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:35 pm)


Remuneration:

-$2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

-Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
