Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure, and after sales
- Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
- Network, build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
- Resolve customers’ concern, and provide solutions
- Preparing Tender Documents and submission of Tender
- Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcomes for the delivery of manpower, including recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates’ profiles with clients’ requirements, including interview coordination.
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
- Develop and implement innovative ideas, fostering partnerships and outreach efforts for the company
- Apply your analytical skills in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and initiatives aligning with Swimwerks and its subsidiaries' growth objectives
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales is preferred
- Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
- Confident & fearless mentality
- Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
- Knowledge of MS Office software
