The Group expanded rapidly since its inception in 2019 and now has 7 conveniently located branches across the island. To complement its suite of self-storage solutions, the Group also added moving services, wine storage and co-working spaces to our product offerings for customers.
The Group is now recruiting more motivated, dynamic and friendly individuals to join the Team to support its business expansion and restructuring initiatives:
FINANCE EXECUTIVE
- Assist the team for timely month-end closing.
- Ensure all supplier invoices, including intercompany, petty cash and staff claims, are properly approved and accurately recorded on timely manner. Proper filing of documents upon processing.
- Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc payment proposals to suppliers, ensure no duplicate payments are made.
- Liaise with suppliers for SOA and reconcile the differences, if any.
- Check and ensure AP listing agrees to GL as at every month end.
- Covers AR role when need to, such as:
- Timely issuance of accurate invoices to customers.
- Trace and match incoming payments from customers.
- Follow up with unpaid invoices with customers.
Job rotation or additional duties may be assigned when required to.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounting role;
- FRS experience and understanding of corporate regulatory and tax requirements.
- Ability to communicate well with all level of employees
- Cooperative, supportive and friendly team player
