At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service;
- Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages);
- Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, the subject of the request and direct the guest accordingly.

- Willing to learn new things and can work under pressure;
- Strong administrative skills and time management;
- Well-disciplined and can work independently;
- Hotel experience is preferred;
- Friendly and great guest relations skills;
