Our client’s principal activities are to provide Clients with Full Turn Key Project Management. This includes engineering, project management through the pre-construction planning, critical path development, construction / fabrication / site management, commissioning and hand over. It has executed a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Conversion/Process Module Construction related to Oil and Gas Industry, Sub-Sea Products, Semi-Submersibles, Repair of Oil Rigs, Pharmaceutical Process Packages and Power Generation Facilities since its foundation in 1990. It is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Engage business managers, understand manpower demand, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels. Drive results in meeting KPI and timeline.
  • Place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessments.
  • Screening & shortlisting candidates, making recommendations to hiring manager and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Organise and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
  • Handle staff recruitment activities, including prepare letter of appointment, pre-employment check-up, booking of SSIC course, onboarding formalities and conduct orientation briefings to new staff.
  • Work pass administration (Application, Renewal and Cancellation).
  • Ensure recruitment turnaround time is kept within target.
  • Work closely with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process, keeping them updated in timely manner on all hiring requirements.
  • Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guideline and audit requirement.
  • Update HR databases and maintain employee records (e.g. personal file and HR system).
  • Perform HR administrative tasks and office support activities like data entry, filing, scanning, arranging meeting etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by superior.
  • Participate in other projects, programs or activities, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder (HR or Business Management)
  • Singaporean only
  • Chinese speaking as to communicate with Chinese vendors, stakeholders, staffs and candidates
  • CEI certification will be advantageous
  • At least 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition with exposures in Marine/ O&G/ Construction/ Manufacturing industry
  • Experience in Marine/Shipyard, Oil & Gas industry is advantageous
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in sourcing, shortlisting, developing database of talents
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude.
  • Hardworking, meticulous and able to take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time
  • Culturally adaptable| Flexible| Pro-active| Result driven
  • Prefer in West area, because may need to work overtime as when is peck period now.

Industry: A Public Listed company in Oil &Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering.

Job Type & working days per week & working hours: Permanent role|5 days’ work week| Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm (flexibility is expected from this senior role)

Office Location: 45 Gul Road, Singapore

Daily Company Transport pickup details:Nearby MRT: Bukit Batok/Jurong East/Boon Lay/Choa Chu Kang/Woodlands

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Basic Salary: Salary will be based on relevant experience and expertise
