Our Client is a leading financial institution with presence in Europe, US and Asia. Currently, they are looking for a Global Learning & Development Manager and this person will be responsible for learning & development function in SG, US and Europe region & to perform analysis on the business talent needs.
Job Description:
- Responsible for learning and development in Singapore, Europe and US regions, understand the organization strategies, regional business directions and analysis business talent needs to design proper talent develop solution.
- Generate learning work plan and design learning product based on talent development needs analysis.
- Lead and facilitate relevant training and learning program to achieve the target.
- Manage and govern learning progression, budget allocation and prioritization.
- Support internal trainer planning and develop external training agency.
- Customize and upgrade the core training end-to-end process of design, execution and measurement to increase ownership and enhance training effectiveness and quality.
Requirements
- Relevant experience, ideally L&D profession within the industry, with a strong passion on training program to support and offer employees career development.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-function/level projects and activities, good facilitation capability to host trainnings.
- Proven ability of L&D product and project planning, follow-up and implementation.
- Passionate on L&D, and dedicated to helping partners with their growth and progress.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, effectively communicate and interact with senior leaders both verbally and in written form.
