We are looking for an experienced Brokerage & Custody Operations - Senior Specialist contract role to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.
What we offer:
· Execute brokerage operational tasks related to cash payments processing, digital assets settlements and client onboarding setups
· Serve as the point of contact for daily BAU operations matters
· Perform daily reconciliations and cash rebalancing to ensure accurate ledger records
· Support team lead in new business initiatives and re-inventing target operating model for future finance
· Perform user acceptance testing, supporting and documentation of evolving operation models and processes
· Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings
· Opportunity to expand operation knowledge and provide support for other operational functions relating to cryptos, including fund operations
What you offer:
· Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in payment processing and settlement-related operational functions
· Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
· Passion to automate processes and add efficiency to work
· Strong ownership and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
· Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
