The Accounts Assistant assists the Finance Manager in all finance-related operations
Key Responsibilities
§ Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable
§ Liaise with vendors and/or customers to address financial requests and queries
§ Prepare GST schedule as required
§ Preparing of commission
§ Handle accounting functions related to posting of entries into the system/assign account code
§ Liaise with auditor and tax officer for all the quires.
§ Perform other ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements
§ ITE diploma in Accountancy
§ Ability to work independently or as a team player
§ Willing to learn
§Work place at Pasir Panjang
§ ITE fresh graduate are welcome to apply
