A Corp Lab in NTU is looking for a research scientist to independently conduct research with strong self-motivation and exploration spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality research on LLMs-based conversational agents.
- Develop new algorithms and models to enhance multi-turn conversations, proactive inquiry, and knowledge-guided common-sense reasoning.
- Conduct experiments to gain insights on project-related research questions and publish findings in top-tier conferences.
- Apply research outcomes to conversational agents in medical and e-commerce scenarios.
Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing, LLMs and conversational research.
- Demonstrated publication record in top-tier conferences such as ACL, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICLR, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating algorithms and models, particularly in LLMs and Conversational AI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment, with excellent communication skills for presenting research findings.
