You will coordinate, perform and assist to oversee administrative support for all training and education matters to the HOD and the department. You will be the primary point of administrative contact for internal and external customers, to coordinate the provision of office support service to the department, and to oversee and participate in the coordination and completion of projects and events.
Job requirement
- Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level / GCE ‘O’ level / ITE Certificate in Office Management or equivalent
- Prior working experience in the healthcare industry and support provision to the Senior/ Mid management will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office software applications will be an advantage
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
