Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the company's servers and storage devices, including system monitoring (CPU, memory, disk space, application services, etc.), and device mounting.
2. Responsible for performance monitoring of network environments, physical servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems in production, UAT, and DR environments.
3. Evaluate and analyze systems, providing effective capacity planning recommendations.
4. Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios) to monitor HA clusters and virtualization platforms.
Job Requirements:
1. Computer-related major, proficient in the daily use of mainstream operating systems (Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
2. At least 2 years of experience in server and storage operations and maintenance.
3. Expertise in Nagios monitoring system, capable of independent deployment and proficient usage, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
4. Experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics is preferred.
5. Familiarity with basic networking knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, etc., capable of independently configuring network cards, IP, etc. Candidates with CCNA certification are preferred.
6. Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell/Python, capable of writing automation scripts based on actual requirements.
7. Possess excellent English reading and writing abilities to meet the language requirements for working in Singapore (e.g., IELTS 6.5+, CET6).

1. Maintain and organize daily operations and maintenance documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
2. Continuous learning and skill enhancement.
3. Basic understanding and experience with SendQuick SMS notification software.
