Job Description
To assist PI with research and project management (including report preparation, research-related admin matters, HR/finance admin, stakeholder relationships and communications for grants/projects).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing project budget inventories
- Liaising with Department administrative team (HR, finance, procurements)
- Assisting research teams for purchase related tasks
- Assisting group PI on coordinating progress reports, updates, presentations and outreach events.
- Assisting with research activities/ad hoc events of the research team
- Assisting PI with schedule management- scheduling meetings internal/external
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering or Science preferably
- Administrative/project management skills (preferably 2-3 years)
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Tech savvy
