Job Description:
· Manage internal hiring and talent acquisition
· Support the CEO in all special/confidential matters including hiring and talent acquisition
· Support the CEO in the preparation of confidential reports, documents, contracts and business proposals
· Perform the role of Executive Assistant to support the CEO in all aspects of administrative, secretarial and business support
· Handle administrative and secretarial support including arranging & scheduling appointments, coordinating on meetings, drafting of correspondences, emailing, receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate, making travel arrangements, prepare presentations and reports
· Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the business in the event of contingency arises
· As part of corporate services and ongoing improvement, you will perform continuous review and analysis of the running performance of respective functions/departments and propose suggestion to ensure improvisation of the business as a whole
· Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed
Job Requirements:
