Job Scope:
- Drive business development activities through developing new and existing corporate clients
- Manage Team P&L and achieving sales target
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive performance and ensure meeting sales/KPI targets
- Manage and fulfill client’s job and staffing requirements
What we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment
- Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants
- The discipline and time management skills to lead from the front with personal billings while mentoring your team
- An achievement mindset and results/sales driven
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
