- Operate, maintain, and manage the daily operations of Wafer Fabrication plant Facilities
- Establish and implement operation and maintenance procedures of Facilities MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) systems and ensure compliance with authorities & AMF EHS policies.
- Achieve department KPI as directed by management.
- Attend, participate and responsible for the operations / project meetings
- Supervise, plan & organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routines
- Responsible for any incident investigation process, ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed
- Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of facilities system through routine checks and PM strategies
- Handle operation and maintenance of various MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) systems & services
- Perform daily checks on facilities systems and supply to ensure that the systems are online and alert if any noticeable supply interruptions
- Oversee Qualification of new consumables as and when required
- Participate in cost reduction, energy management and sustainability plans
- Communicate with Government authorities when required such as for license renewals and compliance, etc…
- Effective inventory planning for consumables to ensure no facility interruption to the faEnsure efficient and effective planning of systems through plant benchmarking and verification of tool data
