Responsibilities
- Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims etc
- Purchase office stationery and pantry items
- Perform general administrative duties, such as prepare contracts of new employees, update contact list, work related to work permit application for foreign employee.
- and other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Required Skill
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
- Possess self-motivation and positive attitude
