Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial information to be report to the management timely.
- Proper administration and efficient functions of office setting including liaison with stakeholders e.g., Building Manager and suppliers etc.
- Liaise with external auditors for any financial audit.
- Tracking and submission of grants to ensure claims are received accurate.
- Preparation of Goods & Service Tax (GST) quarterly to be report to IRAS.
- Provide corporate secretariat support to Management Committee
- Perform filing to Statutory boards for all legally required documents as well as monitor the compliance of legal and contractual obligations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or with relevant professional qualification/certification
- Some experience in taking and preparing minutes of meetings
- At least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates without working experience with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
- Ability to work independently and still be a great team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
