Job Description & Responsibilities
The candidate will be attached to the Digital Health Solutions department. He/she will lead the technical software development. In this position, the candidate will gain exposure to the product development life cycle of software as medical device (SaMD), and breadth of medical device projects based on various technologies and disease states.
The job activities include but not limited to the list below:
- Align and work together with Project Manager and Solution architect for the Software development.
- Plan and provide inputs to the overall project plan and deliverables.
- Responsible for the software development and technical validation.
- Build responsive performant web frontends for cross-platform browsers.
- Build highly scalable backends using modern server side frameworks.
- Design and develop robust APIs, web services, and databases.
- Envision the software requirements to create solutions from scratch.
- Collaboratively take part in all aspects of software delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack software development.
Technical Skills
- Experience in building client-side applications using React, Angular, Flutter, Firebase, etc.
- Experience in building server-side applications using Node.js, Express, Python, .NET, etc.
- Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Firestore, MySQL.
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and working with OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Experience in working with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and serverless services.
- Experience in working with FHIR, EHR systems, medical software, or digital health apps is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work closely with varied teams and partners.
