Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract
Responsibilities:
· Understand business requirements and how the proposed system enhancements will address these requirements while assessing impact to existing application functionality
· Working alongside with PO to establish business needs and convert them into technical requirements. Guide the Development Team on building the required solution.
· Spearhead various data mapping sessions for Interfaces
· Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily stand-ups, lead grooming sessions, author user stories, attend sprint planning sessions, provide feedback in retrospectives.
· Be engaged throughout the whole project life cycle, from Inception through post-production Transition.
· Maintain all required project documentation to a high standard for audit readiness
· Prepare test cases for test automation
· Software testing to ensure deliverables met acceptance criteria before release for uat.
Requirements :-
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Business Analyst role within financial institutions.
· Domain knowledge and work experience on Credit Applications.
· Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
· Strong knowledge of relational data base and able to write SQL scripts would be preferred.
· Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process/system architecture/data structure design skills.
· Able to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements, and solution to meet objectives.
· Good written and verbal communication skill
· Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
