- Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects
- Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines
- Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and stakeholders to update them on progress
- Motivating and focusing contractors and staff/workers.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.
