Job Description
- Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter,
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
- Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manager courier services.
- Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
- Manage office supplies.
- Maintain and order pantry stocks e,g drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
- Liaise with contractor on general facility management and weekly check on cleaning services e.g cleanliness and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
- Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
- Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
- Handling deliveries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Arrange ad hoc, company events and other administrative duties assigned by superior.
- Assist HR operations team in adminstrative task.
- Attend to enquries via email and phone call.
- Manage incoming and outcoming mail.
Requirements
- Minimum N level / O level.
- Must have Good/strong knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
- Prior experience in reception, customer service or business operators.
- Customer oriented with a professional attitude.
- A strong team player.
- Meticulour and pro-active.
- Must be willing to work in Tuas Area.
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
