Customer Service cum Admin Asst

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter,
  • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
  • Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manager courier services.
  • Handle incoming calls in professional manner and direct it to the appropriate person.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Maintain and order pantry stocks e,g drinks and snacks and maintenance of coffee machine.
  • Liaise with contractor on general facility management and weekly check on cleaning services e.g cleanliness and provide feedback to cleaning service vendor on any unsatisfied work done.
  • Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.
  • Coordinate fire drill exercise and maintain proper records after each exercise.
  • Handling deliveries, incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Arrange ad hoc, company events and other administrative duties assigned by superior.
  • Assist HR operations team in adminstrative task.
  • Attend to enquries via email and phone call.
  • Manage incoming and outcoming mail.

Requirements


  • Minimum N level / O level.
  • Must have Good/strong knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
  • Prior experience in reception, customer service or business operators.
  • Customer oriented with a professional attitude.
  • A strong team player.
  • Meticulour and pro-active.
  • Must be willing to work in Tuas Area.
  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
