Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory costing: perform invoicing matching for goods received from Suppliers
- Freight costing: perform freight adjustment if necessary and ensuring that the freight invoices are taken up in the systems
- Help to cover duties of another AP colleague when she is on leave or on MC
- Any other adhoc duties when required such as providing information to auditor, finance archiving etc
Work Experience & Qualification:
- Possess minimally Diploma in Finance or LCCI
- Minimally 2 years working experiences in Finance jobs
- Have worked in similar job scope
- Have experience with accounting systems, preferably in Dynamic 365
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
