Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, allocate resources, and control quality.
- Enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a secure job site environment.
- Manage project costs, prevent overruns, and ensure efficient procurement.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
- Handle change orders and promptly address on-site issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels, be a good team player.
- Able to start work within a short notice period.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in similar capacity.
