My client - an established brand within the consumer electronics space is looking for a Finance Manager to be part of the team.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain Full Set of Accounts
• Monitor day to day financial operations, such as invoicing, management reports, analysis variances, annual budgets, forecasts, etc
• Preparation of monthly cash flow report and company budget
• Liaise with external auditors and bankers
• Prepare and submission for withholding tax
• Prepare annual tax schedules and review tax computations
• Handling GST reports and e-submission of GST Return
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Liaise with a team member for ensuring the proper recording of information & financial data
• Prepare company consolidation accounting
• Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
• Another ad-hoc assignment
Qualifications
An experienced finance manager who has strong communication skills, has a good understanding in consolidation accounting, AP & AR and creating statutory accounts. You should also be CPA/ACCA certified and have good command in English and be willing to travel 10-20% of the time.
