About our brand
WJL, short for Wing Joo Loong, is a local Singapore wellness brand. Our roots trace back to 1947, when we first opened our doors as a wholesaler for oriental herbs, specialising in premium herbs like wild American ginseng, raw bird's nest and wild cordyceps.
In 2016, we took our first step into the retail scene, driven by our belief in offering customers better-quality tonic herbs to make a difference. Since then, we have expanded our product offerings to cater to diverse consumer needs.

Job Descriptions
- Support the marketing team to strategise and execute campaigns
- Research, plan, liaise and coordinate with external partners to drive brand awareness and grow our customer base
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets
- Brainstorm, co-conceptualise and execution of digital marketing lead generation campaigns, and the creation of visual and copy writing content required
- Develop and write content to support marketing efforts, including but not limited to content for website content creation, digital ads, eDMs, e-articles and marketing collaterals
- Creation of marketing briefs and coordinating with in-house designers, external vendors or agencies to ensure the objective of marketing efforts are achieved
- Identify content trends and opportunities to recommend content direction and angles and suggest improvement to campaigns
- Edit and proofread content copies as required - Social media and community management
- Organise promotional events (Collaborations, fairs, exhibitions etc)
- Provide support and other adhoc duties when required
Skills & Requirements
- Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing is preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and manage your own timeline
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Keen to contribute fresh ideas and new trends
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player and comfortable working in a small team
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency would be an advantage
