Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate Organization’s board meetings and ensure timely distribution of required documents to Directors
- Communicate with the Board of Directors regarding meeting schedules and announcements
- Collaborate with the company secretary on administrative tasks such as ACRA filing and meeting minutes
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chairman/CEO as required
- Manage the calendars and travel arrangements for Executive Directors
- Assist Executive Directors with processing claims and expenses
- Contribute to the enhancement of corporate policies and oversee their implementation
- Maintain confidentiality while managing corporate documents and filing
- Keep the company website updated with current announcements
- Organize company events including AGM and EGM when necessary
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by Management on an ad-hoc basis
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial/Business admin or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in public listed company
