The Ipsos Associate Research Director is an enthusiastic professional with a passion for creating knowledge and who is fully dedicated to finding the best solutions for our clients. He/she significantly contributes to the strategic direction of the business and is trusted with upholding the Ipsos brand.
The ARD takes on a leadership role in account management and delivery of leading-edge research. He/she is a strong mentor and coach to the team and effectively takes on research tasks, account management activities to maintain and build existing client relationships, and actively seek new client opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess,
- A good degree in Marketing, Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies
- At least 7 years of directly relevant experience
- Well-developed research skills, knowledge and thinking
- Strong client-servicing principles and communications skills
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage team dynamics and garner strong team collaboration
