Responsibilities
- Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.
- Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes
- Support investment and divestment activities, if any.
- Prepare reports for Group reporting purpose
- Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I).
- Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Excel and Power point
- Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics, SAP, Anacle Simplicity will be viewed favourably
