Our client is a leading manufacturer & sales in the commercial trucks
about the role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealer / internal / supplier
- Partner with the marketing team to develop training materials and resources to support product launches
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance training content and delivery
- Manage vehicle launch training projects
skills and experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering / business or related
- Min 6 years of experience in conducting commercial sales training to dealer / supplier / customer in a heavy automotive / trucks / equipment / machinery environment
- Experience in giving sales training to direct dealer / cusomter with regards to the sales of the trucks etc
- Experience in Learning Management System (LMS systems), Course Design & E-Learning creation
- Proficient in using microsoft office tools
- Comfortable giving presentation
- Passion for coaching and development
